Betula Services was established five years ago under the leadership of Arjen van Berkum. Having successfully held a number of resource-related management jobs in banking Van Berkum rounded off his career at ING as Director Resource Allocation Management, a position in which he was responsible for over 13,000 temporary employees and in which he managed to save the bank millions of euros. After the crisis of 2008 he decided to use his various areas of expertise to revitalise other organisations.The foundation of the company lay in bringing together purchasers and vendor of temporary and seconded ICT staff. Proactive knowledge holders of IT and processes pooling resources with the initiator’s areas of expertise: sales, marketing, innovation, finance and insourced staff.

Nowadays the focus goes beyond cost savings. We work with our clients to add value throughout their (international) organisational chain. The fact that we are able to grow both our own company and our clients’ companies in times of economic crisis is proof that we have the answer to complex issues surrounding Resource Management.
